Project Highlights

Vickers Design Group was tasked with re-positioning 30 Technology Parkway to update the exterior aesthetic to attract cutting-edge tenants to the building. The renovation included painting the exterior to modernize the dated brick and adding metal accents at the tenant entries. The rear truck dock was converted to a gathering space with modern seating and shade elements. The outdoor bocce court and grilling station are desirable amenities for future tenants.
