Vickers Design Group partnered with Caliber Capital to create Owl Creek Commons, a unique retail center anchored by Chipotle.

The challenge of Owl Creek Commons was its frontage on a major highway with the entrance on the opposite side of the building. With this unique location, both the front and rear of the building had to be aesthetically pleasing and functional for deliveries and trash access. The structural system implemented for this building was pre-engineered to be more cost-effective. Coordination with the PEMB subcontractor was paramount to creating a building with column layouts that meshed with the tenant space requirements.
