OUR FOUR STUDIOS

Tenant Solutions Group

Our Tenant Solutions Group tackles corporate interiors projects of all sizes, whether that be a small tenant build-out or a highly detailed and complex corporate headquarters space.

Landlord Solutions Group

Our Landlord Solutions Groups manages the design of approximately 15 million square feet in buildings all across Atlanta. This team works with brokers, landlords, and tenants to reimagine amenity spaces, spec suites, and tenant offices.

Special Projects Group

Our Special Projects Group works on anything and everything that does not fall under corporate interiors. Projects in this studio include restaurants, breweries, retail, education, and event spaces.

Architecture Group

Our Architecture Group works on both adaptive reuse and groundup work across a variety of project types including corporate exteriors, corporate repositioning, retail, retail repositioning, education, multifamily, and industrial.

Sunshine on a Ranney Day builds custom bedrooms and bathrooms for children with special needs. Our team works to design some of these rooms!

We raise money and volunteer with NAIOP Georgia for the Ron Clark Academy – a highly-acclaimed, nonprofit middle school in Southeast Atlanta with students from various socio-economic and academic backgrounds.
