Our Team

Corporate Interiors

Our Corporate Interiors team tackles interiors projects of all sizes, whether that be a small tenant build-out or a highly detailed and complex corporate headquarters space. Our team also manages the design of approximately 15 million square feet in buildings all across Atlanta. This team works with brokers, landlords, and tenants to reimagine amenity spaces, spec suites, and tenant offices.

Special Projects

Our Special Projects team works on anything and everything that does not fall under corporate interiors. Projects in this studio include restaurants, breweries, retail, education, and event spaces.

Architecture

Our Architecture team works on adaptive reuse projects, repositioning, and base building architecture across a variety of project types including corporate exteriors, retail, education, medical, multifamily, senior living, and industrial.

Giving Back

We believe in the power of community and the significance of making a positive impact, and we are dedicated to fostering a culture of compassion and generosity.

Sunshine on a Ranney Day builds custom bedrooms and bathrooms for children with special needs. Our team works to design some of these rooms!

We raise money and volunteer with NAIOP Georgia for the Ron Clark Academy – a highly-acclaimed, nonprofit middle school in Southeast Atlanta with students from various socio-economic and academic backgrounds.
