Interior Designer

friendly, bubbly, organized, foodie, East Carolina Pirate, loyal, music/art lover, open-minded, coffee-crazed, dedicated, optimistic, kind

I grew up in Colonial Heights, Virginia, just south of Richmond. As a child, I loved watching HGTV and constantly rearranging my bedroom. I found it fascinating how you could take an existing space and totally transform it – functionally and aesthetically. In high school, I was heavily involved with art classes and yearbook. These creative experiences made me think I wanted to study graphic design… clearly, I was wrong.

I attended college at East Carolina University, where I studied interior design – GO PIRATES! I started my career in the kitchen and bath industry, which brought me down to Savannah. Moving south was a risk for me, but I fell in love with Georgia. From there, I decided to expand my skillset in luxury lighting and hospitality design. While working on resorts and country clubs, I discovered senior living design, and I moved to Atlanta to pursue another intriguing segment of the industry. For the past two years, I have worked within the senior living, multi-family, and hospitality verticals of design.

For this chapter in my career, I am excited to have joined Vickers Design Group in the Special Projects Group. I am looking forward to working on some exciting and unique projects to continue my interior design fascination.

When I am outside of the office, you can find me exploring Atlanta, trying new restaurants, and socializing with friends.
