Senior Associate - Director of Marketing

Carolyn Jenson graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications media production and a master’s degree in mass communication. She began her career as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist for a residential real estate company, where she honed her skills in design, messaging, and client engagement.

As Director of Marketing at Vickers Design Group, Carolyn is part of the senior leadership team and oversees the firm’s comprehensive marketing strategy. Her responsibilities include print and digital campaigns, email marketing, pitch and proposal development, customer relationship management, and community outreach.

Carolyn combines creativity and strategic insight to elevate the firm’s brand, foster relationships, and support business development efforts that build connections and drive growth. She is an active member of NAIOP Georgia, a 2024 NAIOP Georgia Future Leader, a 2025 NAIOP Georgia Future Leader Executive Committee Member, and a member of SMPS Atlanta.
