Associate Principal - Director of Architecture

Mark Mastropasqua leads our Architecture studio with more than 25 years of experience designing senior living communities, multifamily developments, retail environments, restaurants, and corporate office buildings. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design and began his career in Washington, D.C. before relocating to Atlanta in the early 2000s.

Throughout his career, Mark has successfully guided projects across the country through every phase of design and construction, including site planning, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. His deep expertise in senior living and multifamily housing ensures thoughtful, functional designs that meet the needs of diverse client and resident populations.

Mark is an active member of ULI Atlanta and is recognized for his ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality projects across market sectors.
