Project Highlights

We worked with Stein Investment Group to redevelop an under-utilized property in North Druid Hills. The project was for a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 36,000 square feet of a medical office, about 15,000 square feet of retail/drugstore space, and two standalone restaurant/retail buildings totaling 10,000 square feet. The project also included a two-story parking deck.

The design consisted of a mix of brick and cast stone cladding interlaced with glass and aluminum storefronts. The parking deck was planned to be precast concrete with inlaid face brick on the spandrels to match the primary building facades.
