Project Highlights

This project involved the analysis of an existing property and the development of conceptual design plans to evaluate its potential conversion into a surgery center.

The proposed program for the surgery center included exam rooms, operating rooms, consultation spaces, post-operative recovery rooms, nurse stations, and specialized imaging areas. Additional planning incorporated a physical therapy center, lab areas, equipment rooms, administrative offices, and multiple patient waiting areas anchored by a large, welcoming reception space. The concept also reviewed exterior considerations to support patient access, operational flow, and overall facility functionality.
