This Confidential Client wanted to create a space where their company can flourish, collaborate, and establish roots for the years to come. Moving to an up-and-coming neighborhood that is bustling with new development, the design pulls from the building’s already established modern-industrial style. We incorporated woodgrain textures, black framed glazing, and sleek profiled LED lighting, along with finishes and accents that reflect the client’s branding. Warm toned wood brings in natural elements that juxtaposes the industrial feel of the exposed ceilings, concrete floors, and black accents throughout the space.
