Project Highlights

We worked with DTSpade on the interior buildout of an existing multi-level building suite. The office spans two primary floors with an additional walkout basement level, each programmed to serve distinct yet complementary functions. The basement level is designed as an energetic hub, featuring an open office work area, dedicated production space, a fully equipped podcast room, conference room, and a break room/employee lounge. The upper floors house the company’s core workplace environments, including open office areas, a casual presentation space, phone rooms, huddle rooms, a reception area, and private offices.

The overarching design concept for the new DTSpade office centers on creativity and exclusivity, establishing an elevated workplace experience that feels both sophisticated and inspiring. The space is intentionally curated to foster collaboration, engagement, and innovative thinking. Sleek, dramatic textures are layered throughout, complemented by bold colors and patterns that energize the environment while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

Lighting plays a critical role in shaping the atmosphere, with sculptural, sleek fixtures enhancing the modern character of the space. Deep, rich color palettes are paired with gold accents to introduce warmth, contrast, and a sense of luxury.
