Vickers Design Group partnered with Caliber Capital to create a unique retail center anchored by Chipotle. The challenge for this building was frontage on a major highway and the entrance on the other side of the building. Both the front and rear of the building had to be aesthetically pleasing and functional for deliveries and trash access. The structural system implemented for this building was pre-engineered to be more cost-effective. Coordination with the PEMB subcontractor was paramount to creating a building with column layouts that meshed with the tenant space requirements.
