Vickers Design Group partnered with Caliber Capital to create Owl Creek Commons, a unique retail center anchored by Chipotle.

Since the building fronted a major highway, the Owl Creek Commons shopping center entrance was located on the opposite side, requiring a building design with essentially no “back.” Both front and rear elevations had to be aesthetically pleasing while also functional for deliveries and trash access. To be more cost-effective, a pre-engineered structural system was used. Coordination with the PEMB subcontractor was also paramount to creating a building with column layouts that aligned with tenant space requirements.
