Project Highlights

Vickers Design Group partnered with Caliber Capital to create a unique retail center anchored by Chipotle. Since the building fronted a major highway, the shopping center entrance was located on the opposite side requiring a building design with essentially no “back.” Both front and rear elevations had to be aesthetically pleasing while also functional for deliveries and trash access. In order to be more cost effective, a pre-engineered structural system was used. Coordination with the PEMB subcontractor was also paramount to create a building with column layouts that aligned with tenant space requirements.
