Project Highlights

This project, Pinewood Forrest, involved conceptual design and rendering services for a five-story office building with ground-floor retail, restaurant space, and an activated public space within the Pinewood Forrest mixed-use community in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Envisioned as an innovative live-work-play environment and situated adjacent to Pinewood Atlanta Studios, one of North America’s busiest and most technologically advanced film production campuses, the development is designed to inspire creativity.  Our team participated in an extensive design charrette alongside the Pinewood Forrest development team, led by Fayette County native and former Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy, to generate forward-thinking concepts that aligned with the community’s creative vision. Deliverables included conceptual planning, floor plans, and high-quality renderings illustrating the building’s integration of office, retail, dining, and public gathering spaces within the larger master-planned environment.
