Project Highlights

This project, The Quad,  involved the conceptual redesign and modification of two existing buildings in Smyrna in preparation for their conversion into future restaurant spaces. The scope included significant building upgrades such as new roofing systems, the addition of exterior covered patios, and enhancements to the exterior envelope to meet current energy code requirements. Infrastructure improvements included the installation of new water services and upgraded electrical service to support restaurant operations.

In addition, The Quad explored the feasibility of introducing a third building to accommodate another potential restaurant tenant. Conceptual design services included renderings and a video walkthrough to visualize the transformed site, highlighted by the integration of a large multi-use green space between the buildings featuring areas for food trucks, outdoor seating, and a stage to support community gatherings and events.
