Project Highlights

Vickers Design Group worked with Space Shop to convert an underutilized retail shopping center into a self-storage facility. The project included the demolition of existing, mostly vacant, retail suites, the creation of a new leasing office, and an exterior refresh of the building exterior. A particular challenge was working with the existing building geometry – a long, narrow, serpentine shape – and the existing building structural layout, which didn’t fit the standard storage unit module.
