Whittier Mill

Project Highlights

This project involved the repositioning of Whittier Mill, a four-building industrial campus in need of a refresh. The scope included interior demolition to prepare the buildings for updated buildouts, along with a cohesive exterior revitalization featuring new paint and building signage. Additional enhancements to Whittier Mill included the introduction of new architectural canopies to highlight entrances and provide weather protection and new storefront systems to create a more contemporary façade. The project also incorporated the design and installation of new monumental signage to strengthen the street presence, as well as a detailed parking study to evaluate capacity, circulation, and overall site functionality.
