Vickers Design Group worked with First Communities to refresh the existing lobby, indoor amenities, fitness room and the outdoor pool area and dog park. Part of the program included a more open concept for the building reception area to create a more contemporary space through updated lighting, furniture and technology. The leasing offices were reconfigured to be more efficient and accessible, and the pool area included a new green wall and furniture.
Vickers Design Group worked with The Woodbery Group to master plan a site for a multi-family development. The initial concept included retail space along Spring Road as part of the two-building complex. Plans included 153 two- and three-bedroom units with an exterior aesthetic mix of contemporary colors and materials unique to the area.
Clark-Ventures purchased the Park at Abernathy Square apartment complex with plans to update and reposition the property. Vickers Design Group created an updated amenity package consisting of a new, modern, lodge-styled clubhouse and poolside cabana. The clubhouse includes leasing offices, a multi-purpose club room and a fitness center. The cabana includes men’s and women’s changing rooms and an outdoor kitchen.
