Vonage consolidated from 3½ floors to 2 in order to utilize a work-from-home program. The challenge was to update finishes and amenities on both floors within budget while integrating the firm’s new logo and branding. Reception was relocated to level 4 creating a casual and inviting entry that recognizes the global reach of the brand. The existing break room was upgraded with new finishes, an open ceiling and an illuminated V logo in the ceiling, which can be seen from the street leading up to The Towers. Putting greens and ping pong tables once scattered throughout workstations are now contained and better utilized in a new game room and work café. Use of bold paints from brand standards and wall graphics refreshed the open office areas.
