Vickers Design Group worked with The Woodbery Group to master plan a site for a multi-family development. The initial concept included retail space along Spring Road as part of the two-building complex. Plans included 153 two- and three-bedroom units with an exterior aesthetic mix of contemporary colors and materials unique to the area.

The Tin Lizzy’s team hired Vickers Design Group to design its first and only ground-up restaurant to date. Using the already established brand as a guideline for design, the design team created a two-story, rustic restaurant with relaxed coastal adobe colors, expansive operable garage doors and a roof-top deck accented by string lights and an open-wood structure to serve its famous “Flex-Mex” offerings.

Vickers Design Group designed The Kendrick with efficiency in mind. A prestigious corner parcel in the newly formed city of Brookhaven, provided design challenges due to the site’s small size and new jurisdiction requirements. Formerly a gas station, the site required remediation. The new building features ground-floor retail and second-floor office space. Cost-effective exterior stairs and multi-colored brick cornices create a subdued, historic aesthetic. Upper-floor column spacing creates flexibility to house a variety of tenants on each floor.
