Project Highlights

This project consisted of an exterior refresh and site enhancement of Bridgepoint Plaza, a retail shopping center located in Canton, Georgia. The scope included an analysis of the existing property, followed by targeted renovations designed to modernize the center and elevate its market appeal. Improvements featured new awnings, updated paint, enhanced exterior lighting, and parking lot upgrades to improve both aesthetics and functionality. Landscaping modifications were also suggested to increase visibility from surrounding roadways and create a more inviting retail environment.

These enhancements to Bridgepoint Plaza were strategically planned to support an upgraded tenant mix, including prospective users such as an urgent care clinic, restaurant, physical therapy office, and nail salon, positioning the center for renewed leasing success.
