Project Highlights

This project involved the conceptual redesign and rendering of a former Rite Aid building in Burlington, NC, originally constructed in 1997, to support its conversion into a multi-tenant strip retail center.

The scope included a comprehensive analysis of the existing structure and site conditions, followed by proposed exterior enhancements such as updated paint schemes, new canopies, upgraded lighting, and modifications to the existing rooflines to create a more contemporary retail presence. The design approach prioritized flexibility to accommodate a variety of potential tenants, ensuring the space could adapt to differing storefront and branding needs. In addition, the project included an evaluation of the existing parking layout.
