VDG was tasked with developing a conceptual design to showcase the space, so future tenants can visualize what’s possible. The design promotes a tailored, clean aesthetic and conveys an elevated sense of modernism.
The warm, neutral palette acts as a backdrop to rich, dark wood tones, natural stones, and ambient lighting that welcomes guests and employees. The open office provides flexible areas to accommodate various work styles, and the café provides a space to relax, recharge, and reconnect while having full exposure to natural daylight.
Curating a space that supports users in a thoughtfully planned environment paired with a layered palette allows us to successfully merge what clients are seeking in their future space.
